Tactica reads the game
It tracks the players and the ball, knows which team has possession and cuts every phase into a clip, with the team doing it and the zone of the field.

Build the film session in a project and show it to the team in presentation mode. Any clip downloads as a video file.

Frequently asked questions
Do I need special cameras or recording equipment?
No. The film your club already shoots works, as long as it comes from a fixed tactical camera or a stable broadcast feed. It works best with the camera raised and most of the field in frame; zoom cuts and replays make results worse.
How soon are the clips ready?
Usually the same day: a few hours after you upload the game, the clips are on the platform.
How is it different from manual tagging (Hudl Sportscode, Nacsport, LongoMatch)?
With manual tagging, the analyst codes every action by hand while watching the game. Tactica cuts the phases by itself: the analyst reviews the clips and picks the ones to keep. We compare the kinds of tools in our soccer video analysis guide.
Does Tactica film the games?
No. Tactica isn't a camera: it works with the film you already have. If you don't film yet, our guide explains how to shoot a game so the video is usable.
Can Tactica learn the way our staff sees the game?
Yes. Describe in your own words what you mean by, say, a «right-side rotation» or a «high regain». Tactica turns it into a phase of your own, shows you the moments it finds so you can tune it, and looks for it in every game.
Can we share the clips with players and coaches?
Yes. Invite the whole staff, each with their role, download any clip as a video file and build the film session to present to the team.
What happens to our game film?
It stays yours. Only your club sees your video: we never share it or pass it to another club, and you can delete any game whenever you want.
Do I need to install anything?
No. Tactica runs in the browser, on a computer or a phone, in English and Spanish.
